Companies are experiencing a surge in the number of cyber attacks against them, and threat actors continue to launch more sophisticated attacks. At the same time, new technologies, business models and remote working environments add new risks for companies.

Boards are asking more questions to understand whether the company is addressing the rising risk. They want to know:

• Are we ready for a ransomware attack?
• How “good” is our cyber security risk management program?
• Are we doing enough to address our risk exposure?
